Founded by Jon T. and Mesno G., Troy Care Transportation LLC was established with a singular mission: to provide compassionate, high-standard non-emergency medical transportation for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and ambulatory passengers.

Safety & Training
Our drivers undergo rigorous background checks, defensive driving instruction, CPR/First Aid certification, and Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity (PASS) training standards.
Vehicle & Equipment
We operate a dedicated, wheelchair-accessible van equipped with secure restraint systems and maintained to the highest commercial safety specifications.
